This form, commonly referred to as a VOR (Verification of Rent) or VOM (Verification of Mortgage), is used to verify the rental or mortgage account of a borrower. It provides third-party validation of payment history, account status, and payment amounts from landlords or creditors. - Housing expense validation - Validates current rent or mortgage payment amounts for PITI and DTI calculations
- Account status - Confirms whether accounts are current, in arrears, or have late payment history

Account types
The VOR/VOM form supports three account types, each with its own specific fields and requirements:- Verification of Rent (VOR) - Used to verify rental accounts from landlords
